Billing/Account Support

For Billing our Account issues ONLY, open a ticket at our billing/account helpdesk. Non-billing/account related issues should be posted on the forums.


PayPro & Credit Card 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day refund policy on purchases made through PayPro or via credit card payment processing. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get Wallhax store credit or your money back no questions asked. Simply request a refund or store credit here.

Please note that depending on the reasons for your refund request, you may be blocked from purchasing from us again or using our services going forward to prevent abuse of our refund system.


Alternative Payment Methods Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day refund to Wallhax store credit for purchases made with other payment methods (Coinbase, Cryptocurrency, Payssion, Paygol, Micropayments, etc). If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get Wallhax store credit within 7 days of your purchase no questions asked. Simply request a refund or store credit here.

Note that 3 day trials purchased with our alternative payment methods are not eligible for refund or return, as this is only intended to be a trial of our services to decide if you want to commit to a longer membership.
